This website, the conference, and indeed the last two conferences, are the passion project of Steve Fry. Formerly the Senior Ranger at Chobham Common National Nature Reserve in Surrey, latterly an independent heathland consultant. Always a passionate advocate for heathland.
The brains to match the passion are provided by Sarah Bunce, who again has been essentially involved with the previous two conferences. Sarah works for the Thames Basin Heaths Partnership and also brings a wealth of experience.
